(三)实验室建设(Laboratory)

课题组根据本研究方向的特点,利用中科院百人计划、国家863计划、上海市科技攻关计划、国家自然科学基金等纵向课题的经费,2007年建立了中科院上海光机所的首个透明陶瓷制备实验室,开始了上海光机所的透明陶瓷发展之路:

(四)科研成果(Research results)

γ-LiAlO2晶体生长及非极性GaN衬底研究

 γ-LiAlO2晶体实现了大尺寸(直径大于2英寸)制备,晶体衬底(100)摇摆曲线FWHM达到17.7 arcsec(该面衬底上可以外延制备出非极性m面GaN薄膜),是目前(2008年)为止报道的最小值。发现在(302)γ-LiAlO2衬底上可以外延制备出非极性a面GaN薄膜。

制备Nd:YAG激光陶瓷的TEOS+MgO复合添加剂

2010年在国际上首次发表(Journal of Alloys and Compounds,502(2010)225-230): 制备Nd:YAG激光陶瓷的TEOS+MgO复合添加剂。TEOS+MgO添加剂已是固相制备YAG(石榴石结构)基透明陶瓷最常用添加剂。

TAG磁旋光透明陶瓷研究

2011年在国际上首次发表TAG透明陶瓷(Optical Materials 33 (2011) 1833–1836),TAG是当前国际上最受关注的高功率1微米波段磁旋光透明陶瓷新材料。

Y2O3基透明陶瓷研究

2008年发明了感应加热制备透明陶瓷的装置(2010年获发明专利授权),2010年-2012年发表Y2O3基透明陶瓷论文20多篇,是该期间国际上Y2O3基透明陶瓷研究最活跃的课题组之一 (2010年度研究员年度考核优秀)。2014年与上海中医药大学合作发现Y2O3中红外波段高辐射-低辐射现象。

荧光陶瓷研究

2015年在国际上首次发表复合相荧光陶瓷,制备的荧光陶瓷可用于汽车照明、激光照明和激光显示(激光电视、激光投影),其性能指标在行业处于领先地位。
